Apply to the abdomen, backs of legs or/and soles of feet for ultimate absorpbtion.
Rub in thoroughly. Skin may tingle if magnesium deficient. You can rinse off after 20mins if you find it uncomfortable, once it has had enough time to absorb into your system. Your body is just not used to the mineral being applied topically and can take time. It may also leave your skin feeling like you have just swam in the ocean, salty. Due to the high mineral content.
Adults 5+ Sprays as above or to where desired.
